Refund Policy

- Orders cancelled within 5 days of your event will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of order placed. Orders cancelled within 4 days will be charged 30%, orders cancelled within 3 days will be charged 40% and orders cancelled within 2 days will be charged 50%. All other cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of order placed.


- Full refunds requested due to flavor, quality or customer accident after the dessert has been accepted, will not be honored. You may qualify for a percentage of Workin N Vision credit if the dessert is returned and the quality of the dessert flavor or texture is determined to not meet Workin N Vision standards. Desserts must be brought back within 4 hours of pick up. Workin N Vision will not issue refunds for desserts that have already been completely eaten.
